It took awhile, but get it now.
- It allows for specialization of miner functions — such as solving leading-zero puzzles (winning blocks using low-cost power jurisdictions for instance) VS data-center operations (requiring closeness to end-users). You’re allowing miners more leeway to innovate.
- It can act as a pass-fail filter for legal/illegal content burned into the chain, such that local laws can be adhered yet not miss out if one country allows something to be legal (gambling transactions) while another country makes those same transactions illegal.
Dunno how you came up with all this so long ago. Truly an invention which required decades of building up the knowledge about security, data networking, and even theology economics and philosophy.
